Hi, I’m Beth Brantley-Daniels, founder and owner of Bright Ideas Childcare and Learning Center; and yes, I’m also the proud mom of 12 amazing children!
From the very beginning, I dreamed of Bright Ideas as more than just a childcare center— it’s an extension of family, a place where children can feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Our first center opened on May 1, 2000, and our Tempe location welcomed its first little learners on November 1, 2006.
Bright Ideas is truly a family affair. You’ll often see my children — Peter, Ashley, Ben, and Jaylee— walking the halls, lending a hand, or sharing a laugh with our students. Together with our incredible staff and supportive families, we spend our days helping children grow, explore, and discover the joy of learning.
I love connecting with families and serving the community, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to tour the center, ask a question, or just say hello. Every day here is a little adventure, and I can’t wait to share it with you and your family!

Kim: Director
Hi, I’m Miss Kimmy, and I’m the Director of Bright Ideas! Born and raised in Arizona, I’ve been part of this incredible community since November 2008.
I absolutely love my job; challenging children, thinking outside the box, and supporting their growing minds is what makes every day exciting for me. You’ll often find me rolling on the floor with the kids, exploring creative projects, or diving into hands-on activities that spark curiosity, problem-solving, and discovery. I value a consistent daily schedule because children thrive with routines, but I also love following their interests and adapting as their learning and emotions guide us.
I’m passionate about helping children understand their feelings, build self-regulation, and develop the social-emotional and cognitive skills that will support them for life. Watching them engage, experiment, and make sense of the world is incredibly rewarding. Outside of Bright Ideas, I love to travel, seek adventures, and embrace life with the same curiosity and excitement I hope to inspire in every child.

My name is Camille Winn, and I am proud to serve as Assistant Director and as one of the founders of the Professional Organizers Movement of the 1980s. Organization has always been more than a profession for me, it is a philosophy. I believe that when we create order and clarity in our environments, we create space for people, especially children, to thrive.
Over 17 years ago, I met Beth Brantley-Daniels, who initially hired me to organize her business. What began as a professional collaboration quickly grew into a shared mission. Her vision for Bright Ideas inspired me then, and it continues to inspire me today. Since 2009, I have been honored to work alongside Beth and our team on an educational journey grounded in love, laughter, and a steadfast commitment to children and their families.
I raised my family in Washington State, California, and Kentucky before settling in Arizona in 2008. My six adult children and the lives they’ve built are by far my greatest credentials. Each one is incredibly happy, successful, and deeply loved.
Supporting families is at the heart of everything I do! I believe every child is a gift; and carries a unique gift for the world. It is both a joy and a privilege to be in service to those futures.

Ashley: Assistant Director

Hello and welcome to Bright Ideas! I’m Ashley, proud Assistant Director and Pre-K teacher. I’ve been part of the Bright Ideas family since 2014, with a little detour to ASU where I earned my BA in Secondary Education English.
I have a deep love for helping little ones navigate their big feelings and discover the joy of play. I truly believe that when children learn to understand and manage their emotions, they grow into thoughtful, resilient, and confident kindergarteners that lead into those very same adults! Every day in the classroom is an adventure; full of curiosity, laughter, and those magical “aha” moments that make teaching so rewarding.
Whether we’re building towers, painting rainbows, or simply learning to take a deep breath together, I’m here to guide, affirm, and celebrate each kiddo as they grow.
In my personal life, I am always seeking opportunites to get creative. Be it through two-stepping, making pottery, reading or just exploring! I am in pursuit of learning more about trauma informed care and am on track to enter a PsyD program in Psychology.
