Hi, I am Beth Brantley-Daniels; I am the founder and owner of Bright Ideas Childcare and Learning Center. I am also the mother of 12 children!
I have always envisioned Bright Ideas to be an extension of family and community to help build the foundation of children. Bright Ideas Childcare and Learning Center opened on May 1, 2000. We opened the Tempe location on November 1, 2006. I am proud of my wonderful staff and supportive families that trust us every day. You will always see my own family, including my children Will, Helle, and Peter, Brandon, Justice, Ashley, Jordan, Ben, and Jaylee working and walking the halls, and we all spend our days helping children grow, learn, love, and laugh! Hi, my name is Miss Kim, and I was born and raised here in Arizona; I started working at Bright Ideas in November of 2008. I am the Director at Tempe, and I absolutely love my job! I like to think outside of the box and challenge the kids. You can usually find me rolling on the floor with my kids or getting my hands dirty with the many creative activities we do each day. We do follow a pretty strict daily schedule, but we definitely can be flexible when things come up! That moment when everything clicks and makes sense is awesome! Outside of work, I like to travel and thrill-seek. My next adventure will take me to San Diego to run with the bulls! I hope I come back in one piece; wish me luck!

My name is Camille Winn and I am the Assistant Director at the Tempe location. I raised my family in Washington state, California and Kentucky and landed in Arizona in 2008. The happiness and success of our six adult children is a continual source of joy and inspiration. Since 2009 I have been with Beth and company on an educational journey full of love, laughter, and a shared commitment to children and their families.
As a Professional Organizer, I bring order which allows each child to stand out so their individual learning needs can be revealed and addressed. Feel free to contact us whenever you have questions or concerns regarding your child's development or any troubleshooting you may experience while parenting.

Hello! My name is Miss Courtney, and I was born and raised in the Seattle, WA area! I moved to Arizona about three years ago and am loving every minute of it! I have been part of the Bright Ideas family for just over two years. If I am not at the center you can find me tutoring a few kids and teaching them to love reading! If I am here you will probably find me on the floor with at least three kids climbing all over me. Working with kids has always been a big part of my life and I am grateful that I can continue to do it here with all of you!
Teaching tip: Take care of yourself! You cannot pour from an empty cup. It's ok to take a minute for yourself!
